Sloppy order packing, wrong parts

Delivery service guys were very good and package arrived in good shape, a pallet of three boxes; rim system, backboard, and "mount" plus the 13 foot pole.Problem is that I ordered the pole system that requires a pole extension arm that mounts to the pole and then to the backboard, but I was shipped a wall mount bracket that is for mounting the backboard directly to a solid wall.So it's Saturday and I have the pole already in cement in the ground, I left First Team a message (closed Sat/Sun). Hopefully I'll get an expedited shipment of the correct parts. For $1,150 I'd expect that the order would be picked and shipped accurately - not too much to ask.I'll update this post with how the problem is handled etc.
